Daily Prompt to Step into Your Future Self is a simple, intentional practice designed to bring you closer to the version of you that already exists, the one who’s aligned, grounded, and ready.

Each morning, take three deep breaths, close your eyes, and ask yourself:

  • What do I need to remember today?

  • What do I know deep down that I’ve forgotten?

  • What do I love about who I’m becoming?

  • What do I need most right now?

Write down whatever comes.
A word. A feeling. A quiet knowing. Let it flow without forcing it.

This isn’t about getting it perfect.
It’s about creating space to hear your inner voice, the one we so often silence or override.

And maybe, just maybe, it looks like one small, aligned action.
Because 1% a day? That’s 365% in a year.
That’s becoming.

It might be dressing for how you want to show up.
Setting the boundary you used to avoid.
Saying no to what your old self would’ve said yes to.

This is how the shift begins.
This is the unbecoming.
